The shutters are manufactured with a thickness of 3 cm, ensuring greater strength and robustness. They include zinc-finished hinges, offering protection against oxidation and enhanced durability. The locking system consists of a cremone bolt and rod with a bichromated finish, providing security and a reliable functional finish.
The sash frames are equipped with two butterfly latches, ensuring better sealing and firm closure. Both the sash frames and the frame (jamb) are made from 2 cm thick wood, providing structural stability to the entire set.
It includes 6 cm casing (trim) for one side, ensuring a better installation finish.
The wood undergoes a rigorous 18-month drying process, including kiln drying. This procedure stabilizes the raw material, reducing the risk of warping, cracks, and natural wood movement over time. The product leaves the factory sanded and ready for painting or the application of sealer and varnish, allowing customization according to the project.
